Jef Versele, our Master Brewer, chats with Robin Greiner, owner and chef at the popular restaurant, L’Ami Pierre in Paris. Robin, who often creates full menus of dishes that have beer as a star ingredient, demonstrates how the addition of St. Stefanus Blonde can enhance even the simplest vinaigrette.
