You’ve had the starter. You’ve had the main. Now for the dessert. We understand that making cakes and desserts isn’t everyone’s specialty, so we recommend getting a New York cheesecake from a local baker or supermarket. You can then serve it with raspberry coulis and fresh berries to add some colour and style. However, if you want to create your own, here’s a great recipe: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2869/new-york-cheesecake
We suggest pairing this dish with 9-12 month St. Stefanus. At this age, the fresh and fruity flavours are starting to become deeper and more complex, allowing the beer to perfectly balance the sweetness of fruity desserts.
1 New York Cheesecake
100g raspberry coulis
Slice your New York Cheesecake into quarters and place each quarter on a plate.
Add a drizzle of raspberry coulis, allowing it to fall down onto the plate.
Place a few raspberries and blueberries onto each slice and, once finished, scatter the rest onto each plate.
Serve with a 9-12 month glass of St. Stefanus.
