Dessert – New York Cheesecake with raspberry coulis and fresh berries

  • 0

You’ve had the starter. You’ve had the main. Now for the dessert. We understand that making cakes and desserts isn’t everyone’s specialty, so we recommend getting a New York cheesecake from a local baker or supermarket. You can then serve it with raspberry coulis and fresh berries to add some colour and style. However, if you want to create your own, here’s a great recipe:

We suggest pairing this dish with 9-12 month St. Stefanus. At this age, the fresh and fruity flavours are starting to become deeper and more complex, allowing the beer to perfectly balance the sweetness of fruity desserts.

Serves 4

1 New York Cheesecake

100g raspberry coulis

100g raspberries

100g blueberries

Slice your New York Cheesecake into quarters and place each quarter on a plate.

Add a drizzle of raspberry coulis, allowing it to fall down onto the plate.

Place a few raspberries and blueberries onto each slice and, once finished, scatter the rest onto each plate.

Serve with a 9-12 month glass of St. Stefanus.
