St. Stefanus and Cheese Dip Recipe

In offering your guests a chilled glass of St. Stefanus, some would argue you have already impressed them enough and need do no more to ensure your gathering goes well. 

But we know better. 

Whip up our St. Stefanus and cheese dip, and watch mouths water. 

You will need: 

100ml St. Stefanus Blonde 
2 x spring onions, finely chopped 
450g cream cheese
45ml ranch dressing
200g grated mature Cheddar 

Spoon 450g of cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Finely chop the spring onions and stir them thoroughly in to the cream cheese. Grate the mature cheddar cheese and along with the ranch dressing, add both to the mixing bowl and again, stir well. Finally pour in 100ml of St. Stefanus Blonde, give it one last thorough mix and serve. 

This party dip pairs beautifully with crudites and hot-from-the-oven mozzarella dippers. And a cold glass of St. Stefanus, of course.
